10:50:16 Welcome to F1-Live.com and coverage of the Bahrain Grand Prix weekend. This morning is the final practice session ahead of qualifying later on today.
10:52:52 Kimi Raikkonen set the pace in both of the Friday practice sessions. The Ferrari driver set a best time of 1:33.162s in the morning session.
10:54:35 While Raikkonen dominated the morning session, the afternoon saw the times much closer as most opted to take longer runs. Lewis Hamilton was second fastest in that session just a fraction - 0.013s - slower.
10:56:13 Robert Kubica took over the spare BMW Sauber and set the third fastest time even though he was not particularly happy with the balance.
10:57:55 With less than a second covering the top 11 runners, Felipe Massa was fourth fastest in his Ferrari ahead of Fernando Alonso, Alex Wurz, Nick Heidfeld, Nico Rosberg, David Coulthard, Jarno Trulli and Rubens Barrichello.
11:00:08 It is cloudy and hot and the session is now underway.
11:00:32 The Toyota duo of Ralf Schumacher and Jarno Trulli are first out.
11:01:09 Kubica, Speed, Kovalainen, Liuzzi, Fisichella and Sato head out.
11:01:49 With the race engines now fitted, any engine failure from now on will incur a penalty. Jenson Button lost an engine yesterday, but has no penalty.
11:02:23 Massa and Raikkonen remain in the pits, the rest are all out for their installation lap.
11:03:28 Sato and Davidson remain on track for Super Aguri Honda.
11:05:09 Davidson and Sato set their first timed laps around two seconds off the Friday pace.
11:05:30 The others have all returned to the pits.
11:06:42 Sato improves and is fastest from Davidson.
11:07:51 Davidson pits his Super Aguri.
11:09:09 Adrian Sutil and Ralf Schumacher are back out for Spyker and Toyota.
11:09:33 Christijan Albers is also on track in his Spyker as Sato pits.
11:11:44 Kovalainen, Trulli, Heidfeld and Liuzzi join the action.

11:13:31 Heidfeld moves to the top of the timesheets.
11:14:47 Speed and Liuzzi move up the order as Fisichella and Kubica head out.
11:15:41 The teams are all running the hard tyres at the moment. At the end of the session many will try a softer medium compound to prepare for qualifying.
11:16:12 Kimi Raikkonen heads out in his Ferrari on what is probably just an installation lap.
11:16:37 Heidfeld is now about three-tenths off his Friday best.
11:17:22 Felipe Massa is now on track.
11:18:00 Raikkonen starts his first timed lap as Heidfeld pits.

11:23:31 Hamilton improves and is up to second.
11:24:14 Kovalainen and Fisichella are currently way down the order for Renault.
11:24:50 Alonso and Hamilton pit.
11:25:28 Raikkonen improves and moves fastest so we have a Ferrari one-two again.
11:26:28 Red Bull are running well so far with Coulthard fourth and Webber moving up to tenth.

11:39:52 A big jump for Jenson Button as he moves fourth. He must be on a qualifying run in that Honda.
11:41:12 The times are coming down as now Anthony Davidson vaults fourth fastest in his Super Aguri Honda.
11:41:48 Fourth is a popular position as now Wurz takes the place in his Williams as Rosberg improves as well.
11:42:49 Alonso is back out for McLaren and is on a faster lap.
11:44:19 Rosberg moves ahead of his team-mate as Alonso takes P4. Kovalainen is back out and looking to get off the bottom of the timesheets.
11:47:13 Raikkonen and Alonso have both pitted joining their team-mates in the pits. Kovalainen gains two positions and is now 20th.
11:47:33 Heidfeld and Webber on track.
11:47:55 Webber moves fifth fastest just ahead of his former team.
